Be careful learning 9 STAR KI online, there is a lot of MISINFORMATION with AI around both the 9 Star Ki & the 5 Elements, my son & I were talking about how much MISINFORMATION is being pushed online these days, so just for fun, I googled how to find your 9 Star Ki number & Google actually told me to add up my date of birth & subtract by 11, well that would be closer to NUMEROLOGY, 9 Star Ki is based on the LUNAR NEW YEAR ELEMENT & this system comes from Japan, so it varies from the Chinese New Year element even. Be careful when you’re researching 9 Star Ki online, it’s so esoteric that 90% of what I see online about it is inaccurate!!!
During an EARTH ELEMENT Season we can lean into the SUPPORT of the EARTH beneath our feet, that is always available to nourish us, keep us grounded, you might want to do some EARTHING by going for long nature hikes in your fall boots, feeling the support of the earth as you root down.
But maybe you will be too busy with all of your commitments & big plans because this month we really have a hard time saying NO to anyone who needs our help, this month ruled by the 2 Earth Mother it’s like being a busy Mother where you’re taking care of everyone else’s needs & you forget to carve out some time & space to focus on your own personal needs, your selfcare, what do you want to eat for dinner? When our Spleen, pancreas & stomach are nourished & happy, we feel centered, fulfilled & compassionate, then we can truly care for others as well as ourselves. When these organs are depleted we may experience WORRY, Catastrophic thinking, feeling “Out of Body”, you might have indigestion, nausea, dizziness and insomnia. We can tap into our divine abundance that is always available to us by NOURISHING ourselves, when we feel nourished, we feel like we have enough, we are enough & we give enough, so I wish you ENOUGH this month!

I want to share a simple mindfulness technique I learned from Betsy Bergstrom, one of my Teachers in Seattle. Catching your breath with pure clear air is a visualization we can do at any time. Envisioning yourself momentarily lifted out of your usual life and into a timeless place with blue sky spaciousness while floating high above the concerns of our daily and global life. Mystics, yogis and energy practitioners find this spaciousness at higher altitude is an aid to meditation.Just like there can be smog from dust and pollutants, there is energy smog full of people’s thought-forms in the lower altitudes where human populations generally live we can feel overwhelmed by this Energetic SMOG, so right now we can….Rise up out of that smog into the clarity of crystal clear mana filled air just by simply taking this moment right here right now, we will close our eyes….Envision sitting at the top of a mountain or perhaps a hill or Butte, or some other lovely clear space up high, maybe you want to be in a hot air balloon floating way up, up and away from it all, and just take this moment to breathe in the purest fresh air deep into your LUNGS….Extraneous thoughts hold less sway in vast spaciousness and can more easily waft away leaving you more at peace.
Offer this precious spaciousness and blessing field some where or to someone who needs to CATCH THEIR BREATH, Sharing it makes our whole world a little lighter, every time someone else catches their breath.

I was going to take some personal time off for the election results, but then I thought, that will just give me anxiety, so I did the exact opposite, I opened up my massage schedule for even more availability because I thought if it’s bad news I just want to pour into my work of healing others, when I am stressed out, it feels good to give to others. I am a classic workaholic, when the going gets tough, I bury myself in work but I LOVE my work so it’s my favorite coping mechanism. I realized everyone I saw was completely out of their bodies, detached, floating away, maybe it was too much news, too much social media, but I spent the whole week putting people back into their bodies. I realized that it’s EMBODIMENT that can HEAL Us right now, we need to return to our bodies now, get outside, get into nature, call your spirit back home like a stray cat that’s roamed too far off, it’s time to come back.
Embodiment calls all your power back home. Get back in your body & bring your AWARENESS back to your own inner knowing, bring your focus inward, stop worrying about what’s happening out there, UNPLUG, go for a walk, do some movement, get a MASSAGE or even a distance REIKI Zoom session, I will link my website below, I can help you get back into your body if you’ve left the building & this embodiment will help you feel better!

Now rest your hands on your heart, take a deep breath in, call your attention to your heart. Now gently pat your butterfly wings, bringing your awareness to the soothing sensation of this gentle tapping on your chest, tune everything else out, just focus on your chest & this gentle tapping & see what shows up for you, you may begin to feel all the feels & that is the point really, let things come up, disappointments, sadness, anger whatever shows up just allow it to surface & then release like a butterfly floating away.

As I read this, this Sabian Symbol was familiar to me from doing Kamala Harris Chart & indeed this Supermoon will conjunct her JUPITER at a late 24 degrees of Taurus & I read this Sabian Symbol for her Chart reading, this Supermoon conjunct her Jupiter in her 12th house is about endings that will bring her a time of deep Spiritual FAITH, Jupiter expanding this Supermoon brings her a gift of emotional fulfillment despite her losses, she has gained something in this process & Jupiter, the King of Wishes will still grant her deepest desires, if only emotionally / spiritually, she will still find her JOY as she has taught us to do.
