We have an incredible KITE TRANSIT this FULL Moon with this Mystical Magical TRINE of URANUS in Gemini, NEPTUNE/Saturn in Aries  & PLUTO in Aquarius happening in the 1st-2 degrees of each sign with MARS in LIbra pulling the strings, if you are an ARIES, GEMINI, LIBRA or AQUARIUS you are being called to step into your POWER & learn more about this transit in a loong video I did about it because this will be affecting for the next 3 years as we AWAKEN to a BRAVE NEW WORLD…..

Chiron stationed Retrograde bringing a HEALING CRISIS for our World we have so much that needs healing, top of mind is everyone starving in GAZA when you think about the Butterfly Effect where a butterfly flapping it’s wings can have major ripple effects throughtout the world, what is all this SUFFERING doing to our COLLECTIVE CONSCIOUSNESS right now & what are your COPING MECHANISMS?
I AM SENDING REIKI TO THE SITUATION but not a deeply “attached” way b/c I am too energetically sensitive for that, the beautiful thing about REIKI is that you can send Distance Reiki with the Symbols in this detached way, knowing that the energy will take care of the rest, I don’t have to be “Attached to the OUTCOME” but I did send Reiki this week that everyone is Gaza be fed & find nourishment & then food arrived the next morning, if we can all hold them in our hearts & send love & compassion & energy to the SITUATION we can be like that butterfly flapping its wings impacting far off places, the highest vibration you can send is LOVE.

Saturn Chiron CONJUNCTION February 2026….that is going to be a PIVOTAL point of NO RETURN for the health & wellness of our world, mark your calendars…

Just when we catch our breath from that URANUS will retrograde September 1st bringing unexpected events to the beginning of the school year, will Teachers strike? & then we will have Eclipses & Jupiter going Retrograde in October so the fun never stops when you follow Astrology.

I want to share a simple mindfulness technique I learned from Betsy Bergstrom, one of my Teachers in Seattle. Catching your breath with pure clear air is a visualization we can do at any time. Envisioning yourself momentarily lifted out of your usual life and into a timeless place with blue sky spaciousness while floating high above the concerns of our daily and global life. Mystics, yogis and energy practitioners find this spaciousness at higher altitude is an aid to meditation.Just like there can be smog from dust and pollutants, there is energy smog full of people’s thought-forms in the lower altitudes where human populations generally live we can feel overwhelmed by this Energetic SMOG, so right now we can….Rise up out of that smog into the clarity of crystal clear mana filled air just by simply taking this moment right here right now, we will close our eyes….Envision sitting at the top of a mountain or perhaps  a hill or Butte, or  some other lovely clear space up high, maybe you want to be in a hot air balloon floating way up, up and away from it all,  and just take this moment to breathe in the purest fresh air deep into your LUNGS….Extraneous thoughts hold less sway in vast spaciousness and can more easily waft away leaving you more at peace.

Offer this precious spaciousness and blessing field some where or to someone who needs to CATCH THEIR BREATH, Sharing it makes our whole world a little lighter, every time someone else catches their breath.

Let’s read the SABIAN SYMBOL AQUARIUS 17°: A WATCHDOG STANDS GUARD, PROTECTING HIS MASTER AND HIS POSSESSIONS.

KEYNOTE: NEED FOR PROTECTION.

Under present-day social conditions an individual person needs protection against the ever-growing encroachments of society upon his theoretically recognized right to lead a private life free from public interference.It also reveals a need to protect oneself against “astral” intrusions and even “black magic,” This could also represent being protected by Ancestors, Sprit Guides, Elementals of Guardian Angels. The state of affairs where a person needs protection results from a society glorifying competition, ambition and success at any cost that leads to theft & violence. 

If we look at the Progression, it sounds like we might finally get a glimpse at the EPSTEIN FILES because the next Sabian Symbol for AQUARIUS 18°): A MAN’S SECRET MOTIVES ARE BEING PUBLICLY UNMASKED.

KEYNOTE: The difficulty for the modern individual to keep secret his private past or his deeper motives.

Struggle between the power of society and the rights of an individual leads the media & innumerable governmental agencies to find access to remains or records of past actions or bad behavior. Psychologists penetrate the deepest secrets by “analysis.” An individual whose activities have to remain secret is engaged in a constant struggle; he needs the help of higher Powers as well as of the protective agencies he may have placed at his service. Yet time will tell with an UNMASKING of hidden motives and personal secrets. It may refer to the publicizing of past behavior.

Maybe this Full Moon will FINALLY Illuminate what we already know about Trump being involved with Epstein’s crimes.

Sock Cure for the Common Cold!

 The kids are back in school & that means cold season has officially begun!

I just heard a report that drinking out of a school faucet has more germs

Than drinking out of a school toilet, yuck!  Thank goodness for Klean Kanteen,

I highly recommend telling your child only to drink from their personal water bottle.

Inevitably, you might end up fighting a cold this season, so I thought I’d share my absolute favorite cold remedy: the Sock Cure!  This cold treatment will help your body fight the common cold, reduce congestion, decrease headache and treat coughs.  This cure is not effective for stomach flu per se, but can be used to break a fever with flu.  This remedy is safe and effective for kids and pregnant women, too.  I start with the sock therapy before I give my son medicine for a fever because 9 times out of 10 this will cure his fever.

Here’s what you need:

1 pair ordinary socks

1 pair 85% -100% WOOL socks (I like Smart Wool)

1 bottle of Eucalyptus (Ravensara works wonders, too!)

Have everything at hand, this process takes less than 5 minutes, but it involves your feet, so you’re not going to want to get up and have to get something once you get started.

  1. First throw a pair of wool socks in the dryer for a few minutes, so they get really toasty warm, take them out & have them handy.

  2. Second Rinse the other pair of socks in cold water, ring them out.

  3. Rub the Eucalyptus oil on the bottom of your feet.  It has been clinically proven that Aromatherapy oils will directly enter the blood stream when placed on the bottom of your feet (there are the most receptors there).

  4. Put cold rinsed, wringed out socks on your feet.

  5. Put the dry, warm wool socks over the wet socks on your feet.

  6. Climb into bed and prepare to sweat.

This process brings all the heat in the body down to your feet to warm the wet feet, this will break a fever and your body will begin to sweat out the cold.  The process of drawing heat down to your feet will also heal a headache and decrease sinus congestion.  The Eucalyptus on your feet will eliminate coughing so you can get deep rest.  I generally just fall asleep with the socks on, but if you prefer to take them off, give it at least 3 hours.  When you take the socks off the inner sock should be completely dry.  If the inner sock is not dry, you may not have had a 80 % Wool sock on the outer.

I learned this Sock Cure from my favorite Bastyr Founder Naturopath Dr. Bill Mitchell.

This Sock remedy has been shown to:

  • • help fight off cold viruses

  • • overcome infections of the throat

  • • reduce coughing, especially at night

  • • clear nasal congestion

  • • treats respiratory sinus infections,

  • • reduces headache & migraine pain

  • • decreases fevers

I like to add to this treatment a bowl of Tom Ka soup, Chili Verde or hot tea to increase the sweat even more.

Of course my other favorite treatment for the common cold is cupping the back of the neck, I’ll write about that one sometime soon. If the sock treatment doesn’t do it, come in & get your neck cupped, this always does the trick!
